Dedicated Professionals for Your Family's Needs:
We provide active, dedicated care. Our nannies are committed professionals who pursue long-term childcare careers, rather than just fulfilling immediate needs or offering babysitting services. They have chosen childcare for meaningful reasons and possess the right qualities for private family environments. Our extensive evaluation and interview process aim to highlight nannies who exemplify excellence and align perfectly with Nannies by Natalie standards.
Nanny Placement Positions:
Full-Time Nanny: A full-time nanny works a consistent schedule of 40 or more hours per week within the family’s home. Their main focus is caring for children, which includes preparing meals, transportation, laundry, cleaning up after the children engaging in developmental activities, bathing, and organizing children's personal items.
Part-Time Nanny: A part-time nanny works a regular schedule of typically 15-30 hours per week within the family’s home. Part-time nannies handle all responsibilities related to the children during their shifts. This includes preparing meals, transportation, laundry, engaging in developmental activities, cleaning up after the children, bathing, and organizing children's personal items.
Live in Nanny: Live-in nannies work a defined schedule of 40 to 50 or more hours per week within the family's home. Their duties are similar to those of a full-time nanny and include preparing meals, providing transportation, handling laundry, cleaning up after the children, engaging in developmental activities, bathing, and organizing the children's personal items. Although live-in nannies have established work hours and are not "on call", they offer greater flexibility compared to live-out nannies.
Afternoon Nanny: Maintains a consistent schedule with a family in the afternoons, typically working 20 or more hours a week. An afternoon nanny’s key responsibilities involve managing the children’s activities and entertainment, preparing meals, helping with bathing, overseeing transportation and ensuring the children’s health and belongings are well-kept.
Newborn Care Specialist (NCS): Certified Newborn Care Specialists (NCSs) offer specialized postpartum support, including assistance with feeding, care of the nursery, scheduling, establishing and maintaining safe sleep routines, and comprehensive care for infants. NCS may work for durations ranging from 14 days to around 4 months, often including overnight or 24-hour shifts based on the family’s personalized needs.
Night Nanny: Night nannies typically work for periods between 1 to 12 months, with shift durations customized according to the family's needs. A night nanny is an experienced newborn caregiver who offers support including help with feeding, nursery care, sleep assistance, and overall infant care.
Household Manager (HHM): Employed on an established schedule ranging from 20-45 or more hours per week, household managers adapt their duties to meet the family’s specific needs.
